TODAY Is The Day To Learn To Save A Life

Within 3 – 5 minutes following collapse from sudden cardiac arrest, a victim’s brain will be depleted of oxygen and their chances of survival are very low.   And in the event of a traumatic hemorrhage, a victim can bleed out in as little as 3 minutes!  These numbers are staggering, but with bystanders rendering care in those precious, few moments prior to the arrival of an ambulance, victims can and do survive!

You are the critical link to their survival.  The day after a tragedy is not the day to learn how you can make a difference. Join us at one of these upcoming Save A Life Events:

Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1 PM at Ephrata Community Church, 70 Clay School Road

Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 6:30 PM at Rapho Township Municipal Building, 971 N Colebrook Rd, Manheim

Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 6:30 PM at First Church of God, 144 South Market St, Elizabethtown

These events are FREE of charge and open to anyone over the age of 16. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time. Registration is recommended by emailing events@nwems86.org.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn Hands Only CPR® and Stop the Bleed® traumatic hemorrhage control, two important national initiatives that ALL PERSON SHOULD KNOW!
