When a child is admitted to the hospital, it can be a very unsettling experience. One of the ways that hospitals alleviate the anxiety of procedures and unfamiliar surroundings is by providing toys, activities, puzzles and other items that can pre-occupy the child and distract them from their situation. These seemingly small (and inexpensive) items make a huge impact on the well-being of the child. The gesture also gives parents the confidence that their child is coping well.

This year we are excited to announce that we will have two opportunities for your children to trick-or-treat with us on Friday, October 30th from 6-8 PM.

As has been a tradition, we will host Teal Pumpkin Allergy-Free Trick-Or-Treat® at our Manhiem Station (60 W Colebrook St) where we will hand out toys and other small items. (There will not be an event at our Elizabethtown Station!) But, new this year, will be our participation in a Trunk-Or-Treat event. ...
