Support Our Annual February Food Drive

According to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Feeding America: Map the Meal Gap, more than 52,000 individuals in Lancaster County are considered “food insecure”. That’s 1 in 10 persons. For children; the number is 1 in 6. Many families in Lancaster County (62%) admit to having to choose between paying for food and paying for medicine or healthcare, and 45% admit to having to choose between paying for food and paying for rent/mortgage.

Save A Life Night

Northwest EMS and State Representative Mindy Fee are partnering to sponsor a Save A Life Night to be held on Thursday, October 25 from 6 – 8 PM, at the Manheim Central Middle School where attendees will learn the life-saving skills of Hands Only CPR® and the hemorrhage control techniques of the Stop The Bleed® initiative.  When someone collapses in cardiac arrest or becomes injured and suffers a traumatic hemorrhage, those first few moments are critical if the victim is to ...

Northwest EMS offers Allergy-Free Trick-Or-Treat!
