Daisy Troop Visits Manheim Station

Manheim Daisy Troop 71295 visited Northwest EMS’s Manheim station to deliver stuffed animals for the ambulances to give to children who are sick or injured and need EMS services.

When Troop Leader Stephanie Smith asked the girls what community service projects they would like to support, the girls chose Northwest EMS and the Manheim Food Bank. NWEMS Provides CHIP Child ID

Penn Township and Pleasant View Retirement Community will celebrate Penn Township Community Day on Saturday, May 3, at 544 North Penryn Road, Manheim.

Concussion Awareness Program

Concussions are a traumatic brain injury with potentially serious life-long effects and Northwest EMS, in collaboration with the American Trauma Society, is engaged in a Concussion Awareness initiative aimed at educating athletes, coaches and trainers on the risks of concussions and how to identify the signs and symptoms of a concussion.
